Construction material supply
Material priced from your submittal package, delivered to the schedule, and documented for a public contract file. Purchases count toward your SDVOB participation goal.
How a supply job runs Quote to close-out
Sourcing and quoting
We price from your submittal package and tell you what the lead time actually is.
- Submittal pricing
- Lead times
- Substitutions
Send the spec section or the submittal package. We come back with pricing and a real lead time, including the items that are going to be a problem. If something on the list has an eight-week lead, you hear that in the quote and not in week seven.
Delivery and scheduling
Deliveries are booked against your schedule, not ours.
- Site access windows
- Night and weekend
- Staging
Material arrives on the date the schedule needs it. We work to site access windows, night and weekend restrictions, and the storage you actually have. If a delivery has to move, you get told before it becomes your problem.
Submittals and documentation
Cut sheets, certifications, and delivery records that hold up on a public job.
- Product data
- Certifications
- Delivery records
Public work generates paperwork. We supply the product data, certifications, and delivery documentation your compliance file needs, in the format the agency wants, without three rounds of chasing.
SDVOB participation credit
Every dollar spent with us counts toward your participation goal.
- SDVOB credit
- Utilization plan

Bridgeway is a New York State certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. Material you were buying anyway, bought through us, counts toward the SDVOB participation goal on your contract. It is the same purchase with documentation attached.
What we supply Construction and safety
Construction materials and safety materials
Both halves of the supply side sit here: general construction materials for the work itself, and safety materials and personal protective equipment for the people doing it. Safety is a category we supply as well as a service we staff.
The practical question is not what sits on a shelf. It is whether we can price the section in front of you and get it to the site on the date the schedule needs it. Send the spec section, the submittal package, or just the list. If it is something we can source competitively, you get pricing and a lead time. If it is not, you get told that instead of a quote you cannot rely on.
- Trench drains
- Cast aluminum treads
- Ceramic tile
- Porcelain tile
- Frost-proof tile
- Granite tile
- Lumber
- MPT (maintenance and protection of traffic) materials
- Safety materials and PPE
This is what we are asked for most often rather than the limit of what we quote. If the section in front of you is not on it, send it anyway, or call 631-747-1050 between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Who we supply Public and private
City, state, and private commercial work
We supply New York City and New York State agencies, and private commercial projects on the same terms. The documentation a public contract file demands is the standard we work to either way, which private owners tend to find they like.

- Private commercial projects

Material spend that counts twice
New York State sets SDVOB participation goals on state contracts, and primes are expected to document good-faith efforts toward them. Material bought through Bridgeway is material you needed anyway. The difference is that it arrives with a certified SDVOB behind it.
